I *am* tired of this and would like to delete my posts but don’t see how. I’m not stalking however, I just have the “investigation gene” I guess. I like to get to the bottom of things the best I can but that’s not always possible since only God really knows everything for sure. How can I delete my posts?

Hey Mike McCurdy! Imagine that, you stalking and posting on yet another blog regarding my brother . . .it’s gotta be kinda tiresome I would think. But hey you said, ”
I read everything there was to read online; newspaper articles etc. and came to that conclusion.” so I guess that makes you somewhat of an expert, right? By the way, I have copies of the counseling records and the records are not inadmissible. That fact is the prosecutor’s office wanted them Jeff said they could have them but he could only grant them access to his 2 counseling sessions, he could not speak on the behalf of my dad or Dawn to release all of her sessions. The prosecutor’s office won the right to see the records yet CHOSE not to use them because they did not benefit their case. But I guess you already knew that since you have read everything. : ) And really, the fact that my step-mother went to counseling is the nail in the coffin for you. You need some better “facts” or really any “facts”.

Knew the family well and all the family problems with Jeff. He definitely is guilty. No one else had the motive or opportunity. The author got a little free with his crazy ideas about Robert’s past employment with bank in Florida and this maybe a reason in the author’s mind of what may have caused murders.
