Changeling, starring Angelina Jolie and directed by Clint Eastwood, is based on the real life events surrounding the 1928 reuniting of a single woman with her missing son.
Except that he is not her son.
This movie, while exhibiting a great deal of creativing licensing (as should be expected), is a clear example of the longevity of corruptness of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD); something, even 80 years later, they appear to making no effort to overcome.
While an interesting film, viewers shouldn’t look for any edge-of-your-seat moments or any real intensity whatsoever.
