Uau what a incredible book, i was happy when I finished is just too much cruelty going on. I like horror movies but i had to put the book away a few times bc i was getting sick, canibalism, incest, violence of all kins… I mean, how can u survive after this? Poor kids..

i read the whole book n it s pretty sad that my own father was friends with joel good my dad said he was a good guy n that the sexons were trouble well hes right cause the book tells all cant believe there are paople out there like this killin n killin family even a baby sickos

Well i know the storey of this family goes on to other people of this world to and i know a family that has the same life, living one state over from me and they are nasty and disgusted and i cant believe people subject their families to a life of brutal beatings,incest, and murder. Well those people to this day believe strongly in that book and follow it like a guide to their own life and family. Im so sorry that those children didnt get the life they should have and i wish them the best later in life.

Please be careful not to lump all convicted sex offenders, even rapists and those who have committed incest in with these two horrible people. It is a slippery slope and this is a sensational case that got a lot of publicity. Sex offenders are not a homogeneous group and hate is not the answer. I hope those who have been victims of sexual assault find healing through forgiveness and seek counseling so that they do not become offenders themselves.

I know what it is like to be molested by a family member as a young child. i am reading the book and it makes me sick to my stomich to think that any one could do those things to there own children. i wanted to say that you are not alone and i understand. what you have to say is i forgive you. you don’t have to love them or even like what they have done to you but it is important to forgive the person. you will never forget but it helps to talk about it. i go to a therapist once a month to talk and it helps me. but love is in the air and i pray for you and your family. with love from my family to your valerie

ya i was in the car that night they got arrested and ya i was twisted after i learned all this,but my uncle had seven brothers and three sisters and catch on now if your commen sense allowes it,i come from john sexton the oldest brother of them.my dad got smart and got out of the family b.s that was strongly going on up in canton,massilon ohio.well as time rolled on my uncle dave moved here to moonlake for the same reasons also.so im a sexton from this family bloodline,im sure all my uncles are gone,we live what we see as the upbringing unfolds and im not a killer or rapist.and my last name i wouldnt change it because of bad nasty choices was made from my uncle.its not a sexton cult because we would all be in on it.we come from the misty mountains,we have pride ,we dont let goverment organizations overrule our homes or discipline of our children.my uncle otis started yhis crap with my uncle eddie.just overall my sexton name is not soft we dont lay down easy.you missed out on a good part that could of thickened your book up a bit.about the time when we seen my uncle in tampa jail and after that coming back home from there and seeing suspicious vehicles following us back to moonlake and were we got surrounded and more
